His divine precept is to prepare the Bride (Church) for the bridegroom (Jesus) through the spirit of INCREASE. Bishop Mike Laju is a visionary leader and a seasoned agent of change and empowerment. He is the proprietor of The Mega Heights Group of Schools. He is the CEO of Megaland Multipurpose Cooperative Society. 

Bishop Mike Laju is the Patriarch of Patriarchs and Pastors (a ministers forum). He is the founder and presiding Bishop of the Mega Church, THE MOG Ministries International Incorporated. 

Bishop Mike Laju is also the Chancellor of Kingdom Impact College of Charismatic Bishops And Apostles (KICOCBA). He is blessed with four wonderful children – Anino Laju, Bobson Laju, Misan Laju, and Tsegbemi Laju as well as his spiritual sons and daughters home and abroad.
